Chris primarily concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, which encompasses a variety of matters, including: contractual disputes, personal injury, landlord/tenant, construction and property development, trademark and copyright, professional negligence, and shareholder-related litigation. Chris also has years of experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions. Chris has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the N.D. of Illinois, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the N.D. of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.


Prior to attending law school and working with his siblings to establish the family firm, Chris attended Northern Illinois University where he obtained a B.S. in Political Science, and a minor in Philosophy. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity’s Eta Nu Chapter. After earning his undergraduate degree, Chris attended Northern Illinois University College of Law where he graduated with honors. While attending law school, Chris was a law clerk at Edward F. Diedrich & Associates. After obtaining his license, Chris continued working for Attorney Diedrich until the family firm was established in 2004.


Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He regularly attends and coaches his children’s extra-curricular activities, including softball, baseball, and wrestling and he is a member of the Geneva Baseball Association. Chris also gives back to his community by assisting various local charities and community organizations and as a Parishioner at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Chris has also been the recipient of Northern Illinois University College of Law’s Outstanding Public Service Award. This award is presented to individuals who serve their community and demonstrate outstanding professionalism and integrity.
